We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team at TN Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and deploying new Supply Chain planning systems and processes.

You will support the planning manager to ensure the best ways of working are established within the overall planning team.

The primary interface with the supplier on day-to-day issues is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement process improvements to meet business goals.
  2. Provide Supply Chain (demand and supply) input and project support as part of a wider multi-functional team outlining the impact of strategic and commercial decisions on day-to-day operations.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.

As a Procurement Operations Specialist, you will have expertise in Demand or Supply Planning process including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools; Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office.

Requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field).
  • Experience in process improvement, leading and facilitating projects with a record of successful implementation.
  • Language Skills: English (Required); Second Language (Preferred).
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills required.
