Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated supply chain professional to manage key logistics and operational activities. This role is responsible for ensuring timely production, order fulfillment, and excellent customer service levels through proactive management of supply priorities, production planning, and external manufacturing partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage supply chain operations with external partners to ensure production meets demand requirements.
- Coordinate the timely placement and fulfillment of purchase orders with suppliers.
- Act as the main liaison for supply inquiries, shipments, scheduling, and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
- Review and track open orders, addressing exceptions and escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate with planning, procurement, quality, and logistics teams to mitigate risks and improve overall efficiency.
- Support regulatory alignment to enable on-time production and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and manage shortages, allocations, and stock-outs to minimize disruptions.
- Provide input into performance metrics and long-range forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Strong background in supply chain management, logistics, or production planning.
- Experience coordinating with external organizations or contract manufacturers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
