We're seeking a highly organized and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations Team Lead to manage and optimize the global operational aspects of our talent acquisition process.

This role will oversee a dynamic team responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in driving process improvements, managing employment agreements, coordinating new hire background checks, and overseeing the entire offer-to-join workflow.

Job Description:

We're looking for a highly organized and strategic Talent Acquisition Operations Team Lead to manage and optimize the global operational aspects of our talent acquisition process.

This role will oversee a dynamic team responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on in driving process improvements, managing employment agreements, coordinating new hire background checks, and overseeing the entire offer-to-join workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a global team of operational specialists, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of offer agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Evaluate and improve the entire process—from offer letter to onboarding—working with HR, legal, and other internal teams.
  • Work closely with regional HR, legal, and recruiting teams to maintain alignment with global processes while respecting regional regulations.
  • Monitor key data points (offer acceptance rates, background check timelines, onboarding efficiency, candidate satisfaction surveys) to enhance recruitment processes.
