Job Title: Director of Manufacturing Strategy

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing site-level learning strategies that drive business growth and excellence in manufacturing. You will lead a team of experts in creating innovative technical learning initiatives that meet the needs of our dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • PARTNER WITH SENIOR LEADERS TO DELIVER FUTURE-FOCUSED LEARNING SOLUTIONS THAT DRIVE BUSINESS RESULTS.
  • DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT SITE-SPECIFIC TECHNICAL LEARNING INITIATIVES THAT ENHANCE MANUFACTURING EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY.
  • CHAMPION MODERN, TECHNOLOGY-ENABLED LEARNING SOLUTIONS THAT MEET THE NEEDS OF A DYNAMIC MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT.
  • LEAD AND DEVELOP THE SITE L&D TEAM TO ENSURE CONTINUED GROWTH AND EXCELLENCE IN LEARNING STRATEGY.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration or Education.
  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated setting.
  • STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF GMP AND COMPLIANCE TRAINING PRINCIPLES.
  • PROVEN LEADERSHIP OF L&D TEAMS IN A MANUFACTURING OR REGULATED SETTING, driving business results through innovative learning solutions.
