About The Graduate ProgrammeThis comprehensive three-year graduate programme offers a rewarding journey of professional growth and development.
- Operations / SHEQ: Gain hands-on understanding of operations and safety, health, environment, and quality across the group.
- Sales and Collections: Review contracts, tenders, collections, sales techniques, and profitability in the group.
- Finance and IT: Develop knowledge of the finance and IT function through work completed in relevant sites.
- Human Resources: Work within the HR team to deliver change and add value to the HR function.
- Legal, Compliance & ESG: Deliver a project based around environmental, social, and governance or compliance, supporting teams around current workload.
- Project Management: Work with the PMO team to deliver an individually led project to maximise efficiency or profitability across sites.
A development programme consisting of four sessions (two days each) over the first two-year period will also be provided.
Key Development Sessions- The role of a leader
- Effective Teamwork and Managing Change
- Presentation skills, Effective Leading Through Communication, and Coaching skills
- People Management skills: Interviewing, Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary and Grievance, and Performance management skills including PDR conversations
- Influencing & Negotiating, Delegation & Time management, and Decision making and Problem solving
- Personality Profiling (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence will aid in decision-making around future roles
- MICROSOFT OFFICE SKILLS WILL BE ASSESSED AND DEVELOPED ALONG WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND REPORT WRITING
Presentations to Senior Leaders and Executives will be required as part of the review process.
