Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for driving process improvements, developing and improving production methods and procedures, and ensuring equipment availability and Health and Safety in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for a chemical cleaning and associated effluent treatment process.
  • Assist in conducting IQ/OQ/PQ process of equipment and maintaining up-to-date area SOPs.
  • Design, specify, manufacture, test and document production equipment, changes and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Level 6 Engineering or Chemistry degree, senior trade or equivalent qualification, preferably with 2 years'+ experience.
  • Experience in Automation, CNC programming and Laser processing would be advantageous.
  • Candidate must be able to highlight innovative examples of fixture design and manufacture which they have implemented previously.
