Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Depositary Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our depositary function, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor each fund's compliance with prospectus based and regulatory investment restrictions and borrowing limits.
- Perform reviews in respect of the role of the administrator and appointed global custodians / prime brokers, managers and AIFMs.
- Act as a day-to-day contact for clients and provide client reporting and attend client calls when required.
- Assist with annual on-site reviews of the fund administrator, transfer agent and managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years' experience in a depositary or financial industry role.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- A third-level qualification in Business/Finance/Economics or related area.
