The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and management skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior nursing management position within the last 6 years.

Key qualifications include a post-registration management qualification (QQI Level 6 minimum), current registration with NMBI, and excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A proven track record of clinical, leadership, and people skills is essential, as well as thorough knowledge of HIQA standards, regulations, and the 'HEALTH ACT 2007'.

A Gerontology qualification is desirable, but not necessary. Eligibility to work in Ireland is mandatory.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Senior Nursing Management position in Care of the elderly (within the last 6 years).
