About This Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Project Management Professional to represent our organization at the upcoming PMI National Conference as an Event Support Ambassador in the Project Management Domain.

This is a one-day engagement where you will be the face of our organization at our exhibition stand, engaging with attendees, sharing our story, and supporting our mission to drive innovation in GRC, cybersecurity, HR platform delivery, and strategic project management delivery.

This role is ideal for experienced PMs, consultants, or senior associates who are proud ambassadors of the discipline and want to contribute to the success of a standout exhibitor experience.

  • Represent our organization as an on-stand brand ambassador at the PMI National Conference
  • Engage with attendees, industry peers, and prospects to explain our services and value
  • Support with logistics, handout distribution, and managing interactions
  • Facilitate a smooth visitor experience and gather insights/feedback where relevant

We require professionals with 5+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, comfortable engaging with senior professionals and C-level attendees, confident communication, and professional presence in fast-paced environments.
