Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a talented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our client's team in Kenmare, County Kerry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales or marketing experienced graduate to advance their career within the hospitality sector.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include media management, social media strategy, national and international promotional campaigns, digital marketing, strategic planning, analytics, database administration, print advertising, and reservation and booking management.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Media management: Develop and execute plans to manage and optimize media channels.
  • Social media strategy: Create and implement social media plans to engage customers and promote products.
  • National and international promotional campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Digital marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing with specialized training in sales, marketing, and digital marketing.
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience within a sales & marketing department, including digital marketing and social media management.
  • Prior experience in sales & marketing department in a similar luxury brand.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role with a focus on Hospitality Sales & Event Promotion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, high energy level, and ability to work under pressure.
