We are seeking a seasoned Financial Professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and contribute to the growth of a well-established accounting practice.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation of annual statutory accounts and regulatory returns, including quarterly and annual audits.
  • Business Projects: Undertake ad-hoc business projects as directed by Finance Management, leveraging technical expertise to drive results.
  • Cash Flow Management: Review debtors/creditors on a monthly basis, ensuring efficient cash flow and supplier payments.
  • Overheads Review: Conduct regular reviews of overheads to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
  • Daily Requests: Respond promptly to daily accounting requests from the general manager, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Hold a minimum 1 year PQE (or near completion) with a Fully Qualified Accountant qualification (ACA/ACCA etc.).
  • Experience: Possess previous experience working in a Practice firm, preferably in a busy finance department.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Technical Knowledge: Showcase strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
