About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AP Analyst to join our team at Amazon Digital Services Private Limited. As a key member of the FinOps team, this individual will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. They will also have hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.

Requirements
  1. 6+ years of experience in accounts payable (AP) with a focus on vendor management and dispute resolution.
  2. 2+ years of experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Fluency in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in macros, index, conditional lists, arrays, pivots, and lookups.
