Job Description:

The Maintenance Account Manager will be responsible for managing assigned client accounts and overseeing the scheduling and execution of maintenance tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  2. Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure timely ordering of materials and equipment.
  3. Liaise regularly with clients and internal teams to ensure contract expectations are met.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction, facilities management, or maintenance.
  2. Strong understanding of building services, maintenance processes, and Permit to Work systems.
  3. Ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines, and client requirements efficiently.
