A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Digital Escalations Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in online operations, analysis, project management, and consultation. As a Digital Escalations Coordinator, you will be responsible for interpreting and enforcing company policies related to user content. This role requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to investigate and process reported escalations across multiple products.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Public Policy, Legal, Sales, Product, and Global Operations, to resolve complex issues efficiently. Additionally, you will analyze data and trends to develop improvements in the escalation process, providing recommendations for policy, product, and operational enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with sensitive content, managing high-priority cases, and collaborating with global partners. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel or SQL) is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and enforce company policies related to user content.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in online operations, analysis, project management, consulting, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated analytical-thinking and problem-solving experience.
  • Experience working with sensitive content and managing high-priority cases.
  • Ability to collaborate with global partners and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel or SQL).
