Clinical Nurse Manager 1 Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Manager 1 is a key role in our healthcare organization. This position is responsible for managing and leading a team of nurses in a High Dependency Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver excellent patient care
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a nurse with a relevant clinical experience
  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
