About the Position:

This role requires a strong background in manufacturing, quality assurance, and leadership, with a focus on driving productivity and quality excellence across our operations.

  • You will lead and develop a high-performing Quality Engineering Team, promoting performance excellence through regular reviews and goal-setting.
  • Partner with production teams to drive continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage key quality system elements, including non-conformance processes, incident reporting, and customer complaint analysis.
  • Oversee the activities of the Quality Control group, ensuring accuracy and reliability in our products.
  • Lead key improvements in quality assurance and control systems, leveraging your expertise in statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • A third-level qualification in Engineering or a Science discipline is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in an ISO 9001/2000 or ISO 13485 environment, preferably in Medical Devices or the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience with a proven track record of team development and performance improvement.
  • Experience preparing technical documentation, managing CAPA systems, and leading audits.
  • Familiarity with FDA requirements and knowledge of GMP standards is essential.
