Project Management Expertise Required

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.
- Collaborate with project supervisors to guarantee works are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct thorough inspections of workmanship, quality, and safety at site level.
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial and resource planning strategies for assigned projects.
- Oversee the daily management of staff deployed within the sub-functional area.
- Coordinate relevant reporting to the project management office and other required governance arrangements.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in construction management or supervision, preferably in high-value road and/or infrastructure projects. A strong background in civil engineering, with knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and the Planning Process, is essential. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent communication skills are necessary for this role.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Safepass accreditation is desirable.
- Chartered/Incorporated/Associate Engineer of a relevant professional body is desirable.
- Member of the Institute of Clerk of Works in Ireland is desirable.
