We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art bakery facility in Grange Castle, Clondalkin. This is a dynamic role that requires strong Electrical Engineering skills with supporting Mechanical skills and previous experience working within an Automated Factory environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Bakery Maintenance Engineering function on shift, ensuring all equipment is repaired to the highest possible standards and recording all work carried out in our system. They will also be responsible for identifying equipment spares and informing management of spares used during their shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for the Bakery Maintenance Engineering function on shift
- Ensure all equipment is repaired to the highest possible standards
- Record all work carried out in our system
- Identify equipment spares and inform management of spares used during your shift
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks including condition-based monitoring
- Assist management in technical activities such as projects, equipment installation, reporting, and continuous improvements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong Electrical Engineering background with supporting Mechanical skills. You should also have previous experience working within an Automated Factory environment. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
