We are seeking compassionate and attentive individuals to join our team as Home Support Workers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping services to our clients.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements. Your flexibility and adaptability will enable you to tailor your approach to meet the specific needs of each individual.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time and part-time contract position, offering flexible hours to suit your availability. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of schedules, including Mon-Wed - 5 hours daily; Sat & Sun - 9 hours daily (33 hrs/week).

  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • QQI qualification in Health Care or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients
