Senior Innovation Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Innovation Engineer to lead pioneering development work within major new product development projects, specifically focusing on the Urology market and active implantable systems.

You will be at the forefront of designing, defining, verifying and implementing system requirements for intricate customer systems, as well as conducting comprehensive studies and analyses of existing systems.

Collaborate with key opinion leaders in the medical device industry to identify market needs, conceive innovative solutions, and lead/execute through the product development cycle to influence the company's strategies while developing core technologies.

This technical leadership role will have the autonomy of minimal technical direction while working on broad and complex projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Strong background in engineering, science or relevant discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D engineering with a strong track record of delivering results.
  3. Experience in highly regulated environments and R&D and New Product Development in med-tech industry is highly desirable.
