The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, experienced team of leading lawyers, working on innovative and complex multi-jurisdictional asset and aviation finance transactions. Key responsibilities include advising banks, financial institutions, lessors, aircraft owners, financial arrangers, and private equity groups on asset and aviation finance transactions.
