Shape and lead site-wide change initiatives through lean and six sigma methodologies, driving continuous improvement and delivering breakthrough results.Embed and sustain the 'Managing Site Performance' business process standard across the site, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.Develop and cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement, fostering collaboration and employee engagement in process enhancements.Ensure all continuous improvement projects are executed with excellence, upholding high standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.For this role, we require:
- A third-level degree or qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Certification to Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean or Six Sigma Qualification
- A proven track record of leading significant project and/or change initiatives, delivering outstanding outcomes for the organization.
- Strong cross-functional business insight and the ability to lead the delivery of cross-functional projects.
