Lead Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hotel Operations Manager to join our team in Wicklow. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth daily operations of our 4-star hotel, ensuring that all guest and operational needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily hotel operations, coordinating across multiple departments to maintain seamless service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for guest queries and operational issues during your shift.
  • Manage event logistics including fire walks, AV setups, and cash handling procedures.
  • Supervise staff during peak service periods and delegate tasks effectively to ensure operational flow.
  • Monitor team performance and uphold high brand standards to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or high-volume property.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Hotsoft or similar hotel management systems.
  • Calm, proactive, and guest-focused approach to service delivery.
  • Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings, weekends, and busy event periods.
