Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at a leading biopharmaceutical company in their state-of-the-art Carlow facility.
About the Role:- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technical, or a related field is required.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of US & European cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- You will be responsible for reviewing and approving manufacturing batch documentation, providing on-the-floor support, and collaborating with teams across Production, Microbiology, Utilities, and Maintenance to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.
- Your role will also involve participating in audits, inspections, and plant-wide GMP initiatives, as well as driving improvements through quality reporting measures, self-inspection programs, and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve manufacturing batch documentation.
- Provide on-the-floor support to ensure compliance in manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with teams across Production, Microbiology, Utilities, and Maintenance to ensure quality and regulatory adherence.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and plant-wide GMP initiatives.
