We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer hardware and software support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The role involves providing first- and second-level technical support to users, resolving a wide range of laptop software and hardware issues, and working collaboratively with the wider IT support teams.
Key Responsibilities- Providing 1st and 2nd level desktop/laptop support
- Monitoring call management systems to include continuous updating and closing of calls when resolved
- Ensuring strict adherence to all Service Level Agreements
- Adhering to all policies and procedures as set out by the customer
Requirements:
- Professional with excellent communication, organisational skills, and customer interaction abilities
- Strong understanding of Windows OS and the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and be self-motivated
