Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional mechanical design engineering leader to drive transformative solutions across the Asia-Pacific region.

You'll lead a high-performing team and develop next-generation technologies that shape critical infrastructure for global cloud computing.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing mechanical design engineering team across the region
  • Drive the team's global consistency and standardization of mechanical systems
  • Manage innovations and submissions
  • Establish robust processes for internal development and third-party vendor management
  • Oversee procurement and technical specifications for Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment
  • Manage reporting, hiring, growth opportunities, annual goal reporting, KPIs and performance reviews

A day in the life will involve strategic planning, innovative reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.

You'll navigate complex challenges, manage vendor relationships, and make decisions that impact our global infrastructure.
