• Architectural Guidance: Provide architectural guidance and oversight to MSPs performing hands-on integration work.
• Middleware Selection and Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of middleware solutions to ensure seamless communication between systems.
• Technical Specifications: Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with MSPs, ensuring they adhere to project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
• Code Reviews: Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high-quality integration solutions and adherence to best practices.
