Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our full stack development team.

This role demands outstanding individuals with intellectual and analytical capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communications, and influencing abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of full stack developers, overseeing the design, development, and debugging of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of full stack developers
  • Demonstrated experience in building cloud native web applications using Spring boot, API, Java microservices, Angular/React JS in an agile environment
  • Hands-on experience with design, development, and debugging applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate dependencies, risk

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills to promote critical wins and new behaviors throughout the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a keen sense of ownership and commitment to work, and passion for delivering results
  • Bachelor's degree (BS)
  • Experience working within Cybersecurity in large financial organizations
  • Demonstrated experience architecting, designing, and implementing largescale IAM Systems
  • Technology expertise in one of the core programming languages (Java, Python, etc)
