As a Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through in-process testing and analysis. You will lead a team of analysts and instrumentation specialists to achieve this goal.

The ideal candidate will have experience in analytical chemistry and laboratory operations. Strong leadership skills are essential to motivate and drive continuous improvement within the team. Excellent communication is also required to work effectively with colleagues across different departments.

About Us:
We are a global Contract Development and Manufacturing organisation (CDMO) with state-of-the-art facilities in Korea, US, France and Ireland. Our mission is to 'produce and deliver life-changing therapies that improve patient outcomes and save lives'.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IPC analysts and one QC Instrumentation specialist
- Schedule work and ensure compliance with local procedures and regulatory requirements
- Manage laboratory instrumentation calibration and unplanned maintenance programme
- Purchase new instruments, installations and commissioning of the new instruments, laboratory instrument change controls, IPC and instrumentation investigations

Requirements:
- BSc in Analytical Science, Chemistry or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in analytical chemistry, 1-3 years' management preferred
- Knowledge of FDA and European GMPs, particularly pertaining to laboratory operations and validation
