Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking experienced and compassionate care professionals to join our nationwide team. As a Compassionate Care Professional, you will have access to shifts with leading private and voluntary organisations in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care and support to service users based on their needs and preferences.
  • Assisting with daily living skills such as feeding, washing, and dressing.
  • Encouraging participation in preferred activities and promoting independence.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and family members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Demonstrating empathy and compassion towards others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Care or related field.
  • At least 3 months of social care experience.
  • CORU registration.
  • Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
  • Residency in Ireland and legal right to work without restriction.
  • Garda Vetting and International Police Clearance (if applicable).
