Description:

This is a challenging role that requires an individual with exceptional stakeholder management experience. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, sales savvy, and enjoy working with clients.

The main responsibilities of this position include managing the transition of multiple software upgrades, managing multiple clients and projects concurrently, delivering new requirements to clients, consulting with clients on best practices and process improvement, overseeing day-to-day tasks of the development team, running scrum ceremonies, cultivating strong business relationships with multiple clients, conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solutions to clients, and gathering detailed requirements and conducting multiple demonstrations of the application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transition of multiple software upgrades
  • Manage multiple clients and projects concurrently
  • Deliver new requirements to clients
  • Cultivate strong business relationships with multiple clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Gather detailed requirements and conduct multiple demonstrations of the application
