Leading Quality Assurance Professional

The ideal candidate will lead a quality assurance team in ensuring the development of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and mentor QA team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Oversee daily activities to align with project objectives, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and provide training to ensure seamless integration.
- Act as a liaison between QA teams and cross-functional Scrum teams to facilitate smooth collaboration.
- Prioritize, assign, and complete QA tasks within sprint timelines to meet project goals.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to represent QA activities.
- Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure thorough testing.
- Perform manual or automated testing (functional, regression, integration, and UAT) to identify defects and optimize testing processes.
- Identify testing gaps and ensure complete coverage of requirements to guarantee product quality.
- Monitor and manage defect lifecycles, documenting accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate and share progress reports, quality metrics, and defect reports with stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices to drive high product quality and excellence.
