Engineering Supervisor Job Description

This role requires a seasoned professional who blends practical experience with formal knowledge to apply engineering principles in real-time problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop team members through hands-on training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 8 degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
  • 4 years of relevant experience in a team-based regulated manufacturing environment, ideally with previous supervisory experience.
  • Good knowledge of GMP/FDA regulatory requirements and current Health and Safety Regulations legislation.
  • Proven experience practicing Lean tools.
  • Business understanding of operations and their impacts.
  • High-level PC skills.
  • Strong communication skills with both internal and external agents.
  • The ability to facilitate a team to deliver a specific objective.
  • An above-average level of emotional intelligence.
  • Flexibility and strong project management skills.
