Civil Engineering Graduate Programme

As a Civil Engineering Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to be mentored by a Senior Site Engineer and be actively involved in various technical tasks across the site.

The role will be based on our operational needs and confirmed before your start date.

About the Programme

This is a one-year training programme designed to equip you with the tools and skills needed for a successful career in civil engineering.

The programme offers graduates a dynamic and informative experience and presents opportunities to be involved in various stages of our projects.

You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the chance to collaborate with industry experts.

You'll be supported in advancing your professional development through tailored learning opportunities, certifications, and access to key business knowledge.

You'll be immersed in a culture that values collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, offering you the chance to build lasting connections with colleagues and industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assist with technical processes and procedures
  • Review drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Setting out
  • Gather and analyse data for project planning, including environmental impact assessments, testing, and site surveys
  • Support site inspections and monitor construction activities
  • File project documentation
  • Requisition of materials
  • Quality control
  • Document control
  • Managing records and deliveries
  • Report data and information to site teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain a professional image for the company
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • You hold or are working towards a Degree / Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • You have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You're flexible and adaptable
  • You're IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies
