We are seeking a highly experienced Research Director to lead our research efforts and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality research projects, managing client relationships, and developing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and oversee end-to-end research projects, including sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and analysts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in market research or a related field, with at least 5 years in research management role.
- Proven passion for market research, love discovering why consumers behave the way they do, and have a track record for being able to uncover and deliver insights through best-in-class storytelling.
