Key Responsibilities

  • You will provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
  • You will engage with customers to identify their needs and advise them on the best solutions for their home through furnishings.
  • You will share your knowledge and enthusiasm about the range and design of home furnishings with customers.
  • You will ensure your areas are clean, well-presented, and easy to shop, supporting maximized sales.
  • You will interact proactively with customers, providing excellent 1-1 service during appointments.
  • You will plan and design kitchens for up to 2 hours, followed by 30-60 minutes to provide plans, worktop, and installation quotations.
  • You will support responding to customer emails and securing payments both in-store and remotely.
  • You will call future appointments to confirm bookings and guide customers on measuring rooms and setting expectations.
  • You will assist with opening and closing routines and general housekeeping of the kitchen team.
