Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of our cocktail and drinks menus, enabling confident recommendations to guests.
  • Implement efficient cost control and stock management systems to optimize profitability.
  • Support food service during day shifts and contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Manage cash handling and end-of-day balancing tasks accurately.
