Advanced Language Model Specialist

This is a specialized role for an experienced LLM Engineer to design, fine-tune and deploy advanced language models in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement model optimization techniques such as quantization, distillation, and pruning to improve performance and reduce latency.
- Design scalable APIs and integrate ML models into existing architectures.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 5+ years' experience in developing and deploying LLMs in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with libraries like Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, or similar.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and experience working with cloud platforms.
They should be proficient in designing scalable APIs and integrating ML models into existing architectures.
Experience with multi-modal models and contributions to open-source AI/ML projects are also highly valued.
