
Regulatory Submissions Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our compliance team as a Regulatory Submissions Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting regulatory documents to various authorities, maintaining accurate records of these submissions, and collaborating with internal teams and external regulators to resolve any issues promptly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting annual returns and notifications to relevant authorities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Maintaining an up-to-date tracker of regulatory submissions, including due dates and submission status.
- Collaborating with operational teams and external regulators to address any concerns or issues related to regulatory submissions.
- Monitoring complaints and liaising with the PII broker as needed.
- Responding to internal compliance queries and monitoring mailboxes to ensure prompt communication.
- Assisting in developing policies and procedures, supporting operational teams in implementing them.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider compliance function. Self-motivation and attention to detail are essential for meeting strict deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
