We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our technical team and drive the development of our innovative AI-powered business intelligence product. The successful candidate will oversee IT security, manage external development teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code.

About the Role

The role involves translating business requirements into scalable solutions, overseeing the software development lifecycle, managing third-party developers, and maintaining high standards. You'll also be responsible for leading project management, task prioritization, and milestone delivery, mitigating risks around DevOps, performance, scalability, and IT security.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Translate Business Requirements: Convert business needs into efficient, scalable solutions that meet our product's evolving demands.
  2. Oversee Software Development Lifecycle: Guide the full process from design to launch and updates, ensuring high-quality results.
  3. Manage External Development Teams: Lead and direct third-party developers, reviewing their work and maintaining quality standards.
  4. Ensure Timely Delivery: Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines and milestones, driving success through careful planning and execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Lead, DevOps, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in software development and architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), modern programming frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Microservices).
  • Strong understanding of AI systems, training large language models, and cybersecurity practices.
