About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administration Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage data entry and maintenance of internal databases.
  2. Coordinate the setup of new users on site and serve as the primary point of contact.
  3. Assist in the management of document control platforms and maintain accurate records.
  4. Liaise with accounts and prepare invoices for submission.
  5. Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to support project delivery.
  6. Develop and implement efficient database management systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  7. Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
  8. Maintain accurate records and issue relevant documentation as needed.
  9. Organise training sessions and facilitate communication between teams.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service, respond to queries, and manage telephone calls.
  11. Work closely with the Divisional Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Leaving Certificate.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Google Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
