Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal Global Talent Acquisition team.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring high-calibre Recruitment Consultants across specialist areas to support the company's ongoing global growth.

  • Proactively source and headhunt experienced and emerging Recruitment Consultants
  • Advertise job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms
  • Screen, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard new hires
  • Manage inbound applications and employee referrals

You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, culture, and business goals. You will own the full recruitment process from outreach to offer and build proactive talent pools for future needs via targeted sourcing campaigns.

Promote the employer brand through networking, creative outreach, and engagement initiatives. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through market mapping and relationship management.

Contribute to talent strategy initiatives and continuously improve internal hiring processes. Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience advertising roles on job boards and LinkedIn, managing inbound applications and referral channels
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Skilled at taking detailed job briefs from internal stakeholders
