Experienced Tradesperson

We are currently seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Experienced Tradesperson.

This position offers a unique blend of traditional and modern construction techniques, with opportunities to work on various projects in the rapidly growing sector of home energy efficiency and renewables.

• Key Responsibilities:
• • Skimcoat walls and ceilings, apply sand/cement to walls, patch walls into existing plasters and carry out general plastering tasks to a very high standard.
• • Fit plaster beads inside and outside, straight and true and to match with existing walls and beads.
• • Apply external rendering including acrylic, silicone and monocouche renders.
• • Fit external and internal wall insulation, attic and roof insulation and other insulations.
• • Deliver consistently high standards, on time.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in plastering and be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, excellent presentation skills and the ability to work independently. A current Safe Pass Certificate and Manual Handling and Abrasive Wheels Certificates are also required.
