As a front desk professional, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and providing personalized support to our guests throughout their stay.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries and requests.">
  • Managing front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and key card management.">
  • Maintaining accurate records, including guest information, billing, and incident reports.">
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessary.">
  • Collaborating with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.">

Requirements for this role include:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
