Lead a high-performing team in a busy retail environment to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As the Urgent Off License Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and ensure compliance with licensing laws.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the off-license, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory to minimize waste and ensure availability.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive promotional campaigns and maintain high standards of merchandising.
  • Handle cash management, including till reconciliations and cash drops.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance skills and support career progression.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing or supervising an off-license or similar retail environment.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.

• Knowledge of licensing regulations and stock control procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
