Pharma and Industrial Projects Manager

Drive the delivery of engineering projects in the pharma and industrial sectors, overseeing design coordination and fit-out execution to ensure alignment with client specifications.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate design teams, manage construction processes, and maintain open communication channels with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including BCAR.
- Implement quality assurance protocols across all project phases.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
- Collaborate with site teams to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Possess a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrate experience in pharma or industrial projects, preferably with a Tier 1 contractor.
- Hold expertise in BCAR, quality management systems, and design and fit-out procedures.
- Excel in communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
