Luxury Banqueting Operations Manager

At Top Staff Recruitment, we are seeking a highly experienced Luxury Banqueting Operations Manager to lead their team at a 5* Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to succeed at the highest level in hotel events management.
The successful candidate will have a strong operations background within a luxury hotel or event venue, with experience in managing large-scale events. Excellent communication skills, motivating and leading a large team of staff, as well as excellent customer service skills, are essential.
This role involves working closely with the sales team and clients before, during, and after events, requiring attention to detail and high standards. As part of the Senior Management team, you will be fully flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends.
