About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Relief Chef to join our team in Dublin City Centre and surrounding areas. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing healthy meals and snacks for children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook nutritious meals and snacks for children
  • Modify meals to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences
  • SOURCE high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers
  • Create innovative menus to cater to diverse tastes
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Evaluate and implement effective health and safety protocols in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' professional cooking experience
  • HACCP Certification (training provided)
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills, with a good standard of English
