Job OverviewThe Planning and Capacity Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve performance targets and key performance indicators.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for forward planning of scheduling for clients and caregivers.
- E nsure annual leave is being planned appropriately across all offices and targets are being achieved.
- Drive annual leave planning in all teams – special focus on busy periods such as summer months, Christmas time, and school/college restart periods.
- Identify issues with scheduling and planning and implement effective solutions.
- E nsure teams meet their % of permanent unfilled shift targets.
- To establish consistent standards for planning across all offices to ensure an excellent standard of scheduling and optimal capacity utilisation.
- E nsure clients receive the highest quality of care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Key Skills:
- Strong administration, IT and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience of leading or managing a team in a changing environment.
- Strong planning and organisation skills.
