Strategic Operations Planner

The Planning and Capacity Manager will be responsible for leading a team to achieve performance targets and key performance indicators.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for forward planning of scheduling for clients and caregivers.
• E nsure annual leave is being planned appropriately across all offices and targets are being achieved.
• Drive annual leave planning in all teams – special focus on busy periods such as summer months, Christmas time, and school/college restart periods.
• Identify issues with scheduling and planning and implement effective solutions.
• E nsure teams meet their % of permanent unfilled shift targets.
• To establish consistent standards for planning across all offices to ensure an excellent standard of scheduling and optimal capacity utilisation.
• E nsure clients receive the highest quality of care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Key Skills:

• Strong administration, IT and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a healthcare or customer service role (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Experience of leading or managing a team in a changing environment.
• Strong planning and organisation skills.
