A key opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Manager to join our team in Cork. Our vision is to provide exceptional patient experience and excellent clinical care. To achieve this, we champion individuality and invest in the people who will deliver this to our patients.
We are seeking a professional with high standards of patient care at all times. The successful candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, and honest in all aspects of their job. They will motivate themselves and others to achieve great results for our patients, recognising successes and sharing their opinions and ideas with others.
We welcome applications from individuals with management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting, as well as other industries such as healthcare or commercial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership to practice colleagues (Associates and Employed) to ensure we put patients at the heart of everything we do
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- Manage financial records, including P&L, KPIs, and budget planning
- Communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach
